Refund requests: All refund requests must be made in writing (email) within 24 hours of your tarot session. Refund requests made after this time will not be considered. 2. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we believe that the reason provided is not valid. 4. Refund amount: The refund amount will be based on the following: a. If you have not started the tarot session, you will be refunded the full amount paid. b. If you have started the tarot session, you will not be eligible for a refund. 5. Refund method: Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. 6. Processing time: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receipt of your refund request. 7. Cancellation: If you cancel a scheduled tarot session with less than 24 hours notice, you will not be eligible for a refund. 8.
