The bespoke energy therapy is a personalised approach to energy healing that is tailored to the specific needs and requirements of the client. It can incorporate a variety of different healing modalities, including but not limited to Reiki, crystal healing, sound healing, and chakra balancing. The therapy typically begins with a mini reading, which allows the practitioner to gain insight into the client’s current energy state and any areas of imbalance or blockages. This information can then be used to modify the therapy to fit the client's specific requirements. The clearing process involves the removal of any negative or stagnant energy that may be present in the client’s energy field. This can help to release blockages and promote the free flow of energy throughout the body, leading to greater balance and harmony. The chakra blessing is a technique used to balance and harmonise the energy centres of the body, known as chakras. The practitioner may use a variety of techniques, such as Reiki, visualisation, or crystal healing, to help activate and balance each chakra. Depending on the specific needs of the client, the practitioner may use a combination of different therapies throughout the session to create a truly bespoke healing experience. Cancellation Policy
Refund Policy Please read the following carefully before booking your session. By purchasing a reading, you agree to the terms outlined below. 1. Refund Requests All refund requests must be made in writing via email within 24 hours of your scheduled session. Refund requests received after this time will not be considered. 2. Eligibility Refunds are available only for unused tarot sessions purchased directly through my booking platform. If you fail to schedule or take your reading within one month of purchase, the session is considered forfeited and non-refundable. 3. Fees and Deductions Approved refunds will be issued minus a processing fee of 3% of the transaction amount plus £0.30 GBP, and any applicable PayPal or banking transaction charges. 4. No-Show or Missed Appointments Missed appointments or no-shows are not eligible for a refund. I kindly ask clients to reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice if needed. 5. Digital Nature of Services Due to the energetic and time-sensitive nature of tarot and spiritual readings, refunds are not offered on completed sessions, or where the reading has already been delivered. 10. Changes to policy: We reserve the right to change this refund policy without notice.
